  2. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on how we collect, use, and when it may be disclosed. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, this Data Request Policy describes the types of data requests we may receive and how we may respond to these requests.

  4. We receive the following types of requests related to customer data:
  5. Data Requests. A data request is a request for information or documents related to customer accounts in connection with a formal criminal investigation or other legal processes. In addition to limited emergencies (see below), we require data requests to be made in the official procedures and procedures of Pakistan, and we respond to such requests as required by law. Examples of data requests include:

– Court Orders

– Search Permission

– Legal procedure obtained outside of Pakistan may require a Legal Aid Agreement with Pakistan

– Applications FIA

– Alternatives to the legal process

Requests for Maintenance. A conservation request asks Eazy Wiz to maintain customer account records concerning criminal investigations or other legal forms of conservation requests must include the following information:

– Identification of the account (s) referred to (as described in Section 4 below);
– Identification of the investigating agency and / or another pending legal process (applications must be signed in the statutory bodies);
– Confirmation that the requesting agency or individual is taking steps to obtain the appropriate legal process for accessing the information requested to keep it; and

– Valid email address and phone number.

Urgent Requests. Emergency application is only appropriate in cases involving serious bodily injury, death or terrorism. We respond to urgent requests where we believe in good faith that such damages may occur if we do not respond promptly.

Details of application

The following information should be included in the customer information request:

– The first and last name of the email address and associated email address; and
– Domain name and / or IP address associated with the account. We will not be able to respond to request without this information.

Fees: We may claim reimbursement for the costs of responding to requests as prescribed by law and may charge additional costs in response to unusual or burdensome requests.

Available Information

Depending on the type of formal process provided, we can respond to one or more of the following data types:

Contents. We will generate non-content information such as basic registration details that may include the following subject in a valid request: – Name

– Email addresses
– The date and time of creating the account
– Billing Information
– IP logs
– Credit Card details

Content. We will only produce customer content (such as website files and email content) based on a valid search letter from the appropriate law firm.
