Restrictions

If a person is to be initiated into any kind of illegal activity in Pakistan the entire database will be terminated and his services or products will be terminated immediately.

If a person finds out that you are using products or services to perform CYBER CRIME or SMALL CRIME on anyone or anyone, you will be terminated immediately.

Any deleted person has no rights to claim data about data / backup / prices or whatever

Retirement

Affiliate Program

Account Security and Mnisi Establish Systems

It is your responsibility to make sure the documents / programs that are listed under your account are protected and the references permissions are set correctly, regardless of the installation method. This includes administering credentials such as a username and password. Please use a secure password. Payment and Payment Details

Payment first

It is your responsibility to make sure your payment details are up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance for the duration of the Services provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules, and terms, in our sole discretion, payments may be applied to invoices that do not appear in your billing account.

Autorenewal

Unless otherwise provided, you agree that until and unless you notify us of your desire to cancel the Services, you may be charged, but are not obliged to charge you, on a default basis to prevent any disruption to your services, using your credit card or other payment information on file with us.

Advance Account

If you maintain a credit balance, we will decrease your credit balance when purchasing products or services from us. If the credit balance is not sufficient to process the order it may not have been processed. Any money remaining in the Advance Account will be paid immediately. If you do not fix the negative balance on your account within 24 hours, we reserve the right to terminate the services immediately and without notice.

Taxes

The funds listed in the Services do not include any applicable sales, use, income, taxes or other taxes imposed by any tax authority in particular the Federal and Provincial Sales Tax, unless otherwise provided. Any existing taxes will be added to your invoice as a separate payment to be paid by you and if no payment is made it is your responsibility. Timely or Non-Payment Payment

Any outstanding invoice may result in the suspension or termination of the Services. Account access will not be restored until payment is received. Price / Currency Exchange

Eazy Wiz reserves the right to change the price, currency, monthly payment, or any other costs at any time. We will give you at least thirty (30) days notice before we can charge you for any changes in the company’s pricing that occur on US Dollars. However, payments made in other currencies such as Pakistan Rupees are fixed with the US dollar and will fluctuate in foreign exchange. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by us through a user billing tool or through other communications, including notices sent or sent by us.

Discounts and coupon codes may be provided by Eazy Wiz periodically. Coupon abuse will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of your account. All coupons and discounts apply only to initial access and do not affect the renewal or recurring price

Refund Guarantee

Eazy Wiz offers (3) a refund date for hosting services only. If you are not completely satisfied with these hosting services and terminate your account within 3 (3) days of registering for the Services, you will be given a full refund of the amount paid for the hosting. This refund guarantee applies only to fees charged for hosting services and does not apply to any payments for additional products or services. No refunds on dedicated servers and VPS. Guarantee (3) day refund does not apply to dedicated VPS servers.

No refunds are made for accounts that are limited to violations of the terms and conditions.

There is no refund for domain name registration. However, domain transfers can be simplified.

Cancellation and refund:

Refunds

Cancellation Process

Completion

When a Reeller Contact User Dealer contacts us, we reserve the right to keep the merchant client account on hold until the seller can no longer be committed to the Merchant User. All support requests should be made by the reseller on behalf of the Reseller user for security purposes.

Sellers are also responsible for all content stored or transferred under their Merchant Account and in the actions of Reseller Users. Eazy Wiz may arrest any seller responsible for any breach of his or her client’s violation or this Agreement.

Governing Law; Governance

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the formation of this Agreement or any breach of this Agreement, including any claim based on a tort claim, shall be governed by the strict laws of Pakistan. In addition to the above, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Exports does not apply to this Agreement.

Backups and data loss

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Eazy Wiz does not maintain a backup of dedicated accounts or services purchased by you. You don’t have to rely on Eazy Wiz to get a backup. It is only your job to save backups. Eazy Wiz is not responsible for the files and / or data that resides in your account. You agree to assume all responsibility for all files and data transferred and to maintain all proper storage of files and data stored on Eazy Wiz servers.

Limited statement and warranty

Entire agreement

We may assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement, and we may include affiliates or providers in the performance of our duties and exercise our rights herein, without the consent of the User. This Agreement will be binding and will assist in the acquisition of the existing structures and their legitimate followers.

Force majeure

No party is liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement (other than a failure to pay where applicable) if such failure or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by the powers beyond such party’s control, including, without limitation, fire, flood , action by God, labor disputes, accidents, military or terrorism, travel or communication disruptions, deficiencies or failures of any third party to make any commitment related to the production or delivery of any materials or materials necessary for the party to perform its obligations hereunder.

Eazy Wiz and User are independent contractors and nothing contained in this Agreement constitute Eazy Wiz and User in the relationship of principals and agents, affiliates or joint activities. No person has, either expressly or impliedly, or can represent himself or herself as having the power to contract or enter into any agreements on behalf of any other party, or to enforce or bind the other party in any way.
